Ordering & Payments:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Company Checks & Personal Checks. Please allow processing time for checks. Purchase orders (minimum $250) may be accepted with Net 30 terms on approved accounts. We require standard credit information and review to establish an account with terms.

We accept Government, Not-for-Profit, Schools & Fortune 500 Purchase Orders (minimum $250) with Net 30 terms.A 50% deposit is typically required on built-to-order or large quantity orders with balance due prior to shipment unless credit terms are approved.

Taxes:

We collect sales tax from all non-exempt Washington State companies and residents. All other states are exempt. Washington State Resellers, Schools, Government & other tax exempt institutions should fax in their tax exempt certificates to ensure proper credit.

Cancellations:

Cancellations can only be placed during business hours and can only be done by phone with your Leverage sale representative. Faxes & Emails are not acceptable methods. No cancellation will be accepted for processed orders. Cancellations and refused packages will be dealt with as a return and if approved, appropriate fees will apply. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order we deem to be fraudulent or placed using questionable or false information.
