
Leverage takes pride in prompt and accurate fulfillment of orders for our customers. If we make a mistake, we make it right. Should you feel your order contains discrepancies, please report it to us no later then 48 hours after receipt of product. In the event you want to return a product for any other reason, we apply the following return policy to be fair and reasonable, yet consistent within our industry.
Stocked Product
All returns must be approved with an RMA# prior to sending the merchandise back. A returned package shipped to us without an RMA# will be refused. We do not approve or accept returns on multiple quantity orders. All returns must be adequately packed and DOUBLE boxed. S&H is not refundable. No returns after 30 Days. Unopened returns are subject to a 20%-25% restocking fee or a 10%-15% exchange fee, depending on item condition. A minimum processing fee of $10 per return is imposed if the shipping and restocking fees fall under $10. At our discretion, we reserve the right to deny a return should we determine the product has been tampered with or is missing components.
Built-to-Order
We do not accept returns on built-to-order product.
